Admission to services and services can take place through: authorization of the local Health Authority of residence of the user or in private form, by filling in the downloadable request form and / or telephone contact.
Residential or Semi-Residental
For admission to rehabilitation services provided under residential and semi-residential arrangements, both in an agreed and private form, a preliminary clinical-functional evaluation is scheduled which aims to express an opinion on the request for hospitalization and possibly draw up an educational-rehabilitation project individualized.
Outpatient
